These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of online courses, digital products, webinars, and coaching programs offered by IntellyInvest Copenhagen Limited via the website.

IntellyInvest offers:

  • Online courses (digital access)
  • Digital materials (PDFs, videos, workbooks)
  • Webinars and educational content
  • 1:1 coaching
  • Workshops

All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

 

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

Payment can be made using the payment methods available on the website (e.g. payment cards).

The amount is charged upon completion of the purchase.

  1. Delivery

Upon purchase of digital products and online courses, access is provided immediately after payment via email or login.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided email address is correct.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

For digital products and online courses, the following applies:

By completing the purchase and gaining access to the digital content, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, as delivery begins immediately.

This is accepted at the time of purchase.

  1. Cancellations and Changes

IntellyInvest reserves the right to:

  • change the content, dates, or format of courses and webinars
  • cancel events due to illness, force majeure, or technical issues

In the event of significant changes, customers will be informed.

  1. Limitation of Liability

IntellyInvest cannot be held liable for:

  • the customer’s financial losses investment decisions made based on the educational content
  • indirect losses or consequential damages
